Tips for Clients 


Here are some simple tips that will help ensure you have the best experience with Capital City Softwash


On or Before the Day of your Residential or Commercial cleaning

  • Ensure all Doorways and Windows are shut, closed, and sealed; it is the clients responsibility to do so. 

    • ​Please remember to disclose any problem areas (such as faulty seals, areas prone to leaking etc.) before your service begins so we may plan accordingly (as we can not be held liable for issues not previously disclosed prior to beginning the job)

  • Remove any lawn, porch, deck patio furniture, grills, or other items you have a concern about; as they will get wet, and possibly be exposed to the cleaning agents used in the process.

  • Please make sure all pets are inside or out of the way of the work area and are not in harms way nor are they a threat to Capital City Softwash Employees

  • Go over estimate of services prior to beginning, to confirm you are aware of what will be cleaned and what costs you are incurring.

  • Disclose any coupons, discounts or special rates you are to receive prior to job beginning

  • If you wish to add services previously not discussed please do so before job begins, so the employees of Capital City Softwash can accommodate the extra time; or schedule with you a new date to complete jobs. 

  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Please makes checks payable to Capital City Softwash; and all payments are due at time of service completion unless otherwise previously discussed. 

  • Lastly, we hope that you are fully satisfied with your service, please feel free to let us know how we did; we love to hear from you and referrals are the greatest compliment we can receive.
